There is a separate TV room that is convertible into a play room if there are younger children in the party. The TV room has a 40 inch LCD TV with Sky, DVD player and Wii. There is an extensive DVD library for all ages and a CD collection. On the ground floor there is also a second kitchen with a washer and dryer, separate toilet and a shower.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing room and large bathroom. The slate tiled bathroom has a large copper bathtub, twin copper wash basins, large shower and toilet. There are 3 further double bedrooms: the first with a king size sleigh bed and large shower room, the second has a double bed and shower room and the third has a king size bed and a sink unit. The fifth bedroom has bunk beds and the final bedroom has a bed unit that can be set us as a single or double bed. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and shower unit.
The house is approached by a private road that winds through fields and leads into the 3 hectares of private grounds. The lawned garden and pool area is exposed to the sun throughout the day whilst the large oak trees afford shade for lounging, reading and dining. The pool is large (12m by 8m) with 2 accesses, a diving board and fully enclosed to keep young children safe. Further extensive gardens include a section of disused railway line and a wooded area to explore that leads out to countryside walks. There is a ‘secret’ garden area with a seating area where you can while away the hours.
The house has under floor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs that produces an even temperature throughout the house.
Younger family facilities
The house is fully equipped with baby equipment and a selection of toys from age 0 to 3. There are a couple of outdoor toys, a sand pit and swing.

Dogs are allowed at the property by arrangement.
